The Avicenna Christmas Fair organized by Avicenna Holding will be held from December 8 to 23 2023 coinciding with the peak of Christmas gift shopping. The primary goal of this event is to enhance the Christmas gift-buying opportunities for local residents as well as visitors from Budapest and rural areas and tourists by providing a new cultural and tourist attraction in our district. We are excited to announce some significant updates to our Foundation Programs at Avicenna International College. These changes are designed to better reflect the academic content and career pathways offered by each program. Effective immediately, the following updates have been made:

The INTERNATIONAL NUMISMATIC COLLECTORS FESTIVAL is organized by the HUNGARIAN NUMISMATIC COLLECTORS SOCIETY in cooperation with Avicenna Holding, Hungarian Mint Ltd. and Procopius Numizmatika in 2023. At the meeting, which is held once a year,we expect foreign interested parties in addition to domestic medal collectors. At the meeting, interested parties can discuss all topics of numismatics. Sustainability and Innovation Project Week took place at Avicenna International College between 24-28th of April. Preparation for the programs started weeks in advance in order to make this a meaningful event for AIC high school students. Students were divided into groups as a way to strengthen cohesiveness and teamwork of the AIC community, and were given specific topics to research and eventually present to their fellow students.

In March 2023, Avicenna International College (“Avicenna”) signed a memorandum of understanding with Corvinus University of Budapest. Avicenna is a unique local high school in Budapest, that teaches Hungarian curriculum in English language to predominantly international students. Although the University has more than 250 international partners and works with many of the leading high schools in Hungary, this agreement is the first of its kind for Corvinus.
